The property is in an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to 八坂神社. the staffs are very helpful and went out of their way to assist us in making a reservation at the popular restaurant Mishima-tei. the villa is clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. the neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with convenient stores nearby. the location is perfect for exploring Gion, Pontocho, Nanzenji, and the Philosopher's path. a highly recommended place to stay!
We felt very much at home and had no complaints.

Convenient keyless entry, complementary water. English guides for appliances. Responsive email support. Clean property, great location. Helpful staff called and reserved table at famous restaurant for us. Traditional wooden two-story house with mix of Japanese and Western amenities. Well-equipped kitchen and washing machine/dryer. Comfortable futons. Smooth check-in and taxi service. Impeccable cleanliness. Perfect stay for my family of 7.
